Welcome to CGEN – Concept General (“CGEN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website c93n.com, the CGEN mobile application, and all tools and services available through them.

By accessing or using this website or the CGEN app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and app.

What CGEN Is

CGEN is a private AI-powered intelligence workspace for entrepreneurs, founders, and researchers. The platform provides three engines:

Intelligence Engine — produces 360-degree business intelligence reports on companies, apps, and brands
Idea Validator — delivers structured validation of business ideas including market fit, risk analysis, and opportunity scoring
Concept Generator — generates strategic business concept directions based on user-defined inputs

All engines are powered by Claude AI (Anthropic) combined with live web search to retrieve current, publicly available information. Generated outputs are produced by an AI model and are intended as starting points for research and exploration, not as finished products or professional advice. CGEN is operated by an independent private entrepreneur and is not a registered company.

Types of Users

Visitors use the platform without registering, via the website or the CGEN app. Visitors receive one free generation per engine on the Intelligence Engine and Idea Validator only. All content generated by visitors is automatically published to the CGEN public Archives upon generation. Visitors should not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information as inputs.

Subscribers are registered users who have not made the one-time Pro payment. Subscribers have a Private Lab (My Lab) where their generated content is saved privately. Their engine access remains at the Visitor level — the Intelligence Engine and Idea Validator only. Subscriber-generated content remains unpublished unless the Subscriber explicitly chooses to make it public.

Members (Pro) are registered users who have completed the one-time Pro payment. Members have a Private Lab and access to all three engines — the Intelligence Engine, Idea Validator, and Concept Generator — with three generations per engine per month. Member-generated content is saved privately and remains unpublished unless the member explicitly chooses to make it public. The first 100 registered users receive Pro access for life at no charge.

Premium Members are registered users with access to all three engines at the highest usage level — three generations per engine per day. Premium is available to registered users only and is not available to visitors.

Use of the Platform

By using any CGEN engine, you agree to the following:

You will not submit confidential, proprietary, or legally sensitive information if you are using the platform as a visitor, as visitor outputs are automatically published
You will not use the platform to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or deceptive
You will not submit personal data belonging to third parties as inputs
You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit any engine or the backend infrastructure
You understand and accept the content handling rules that apply to your user type (visitor, subscriber, member, or premium member) as described in these Terms

CGEN reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for users who misuse the platform.

Generated Content — Ownership & Usage Rights

Your Inputs

The inputs you provide to any engine remain yours. You retain ownership of the specific information you choose to submit.

Visitor-Generated Content

All content generated by visitors — including intelligence reports and idea validations — is automatically published to the CGEN Archives public page upon generation.

By using any engine as a visitor, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your generated content will be publicly visible in the CGEN Archives
You may use generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes
Commercial use of visitor-generated content — including building a product, launching a business, seeking investment, or generating revenue — requires a commercial license from CGEN prior to such use. CGEN reserves all rights to enforce this, and commercial use without a valid license constitutes a breach of these Terms

Content Generated by Registered Users

Content generated by registered users (Subscribers, Members, and Premium Members) is saved privately to their My Lab account as a draft. It remains private and unpublished unless the user explicitly uses the Make Public function.

Registered users who generate content privately and choose not to publish it retain full ownership of that content for any purpose, including commercial use, without requiring a commercial license from CGEN.

If a registered user chooses to publish content to the public Archives, the same terms that apply to visitor-generated content apply from the point of publication.

Commercial License

Visitors who wish to use generated content for any commercial purpose must obtain a commercial license from CGEN prior to such use. License options will be made available on this website. For enquiries: cgen@c93n.com

A valid commercial license grants full ownership of the generated content and removes all non-commercial restrictions.

Important Notice on Inputs

Do not submit trade secrets, confidential business information, or personal data belonging to others as inputs to any engine. If you are a visitor, anything you generate is published publicly and may be viewed by all visitors of this site. If you require privacy, register and use a Private Lab before generating.

Payments

The CGEN app is free to download. CGEN operates on a tiered access model:

Visitors receive one free generation on each of the Intelligence Engine and Idea Validator without registration.

Subscribers register for free and receive a Private Lab, with engine access at the Visitor level. To unlock the Concept Generator and higher usage, Subscribers can upgrade to Pro.

Members (Pro) complete a one-time payment of $24.99 and receive three generations per engine per month across all three engines. The first 100 registered users receive Pro access for life at no charge.

Premium Members receive three generations per engine per day across all three engines, available at $6.99 per month or $69.99 per year.

In-app purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play), with purchase validation managed through RevenueCat. Payments for downloadable PDF reports on our website are processed by PayPal. CGEN does not store your payment card details.

Current pricing is always displayed at the point of use on the platform. Prices may change. Registered users will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.

No Guarantees on Generated Output

AI-generated content has limitations. CGEN does not guarantee that generated outputs are:

Original or free from similarity to existing ideas, products, or businesses
Commercially viable or legally compliant in your jurisdiction
Accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
Free from errors introduced by live web search data

Intelligence reports and idea validations are based on publicly available information retrieved at the time of generation. Data may be incomplete, outdated, or subject to change. Always conduct your own due diligence and seek professional advice before making decisions based on any generated output.

If you are a subject of a published intelligence report and believe it contains an inaccuracy, contact us at cgen@c93n.com and we will review the report.

Intellectual Property

All website and app content created by CGEN — including design, branding, layout, copy, and code — is the intellectual property of CGEN unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute CGEN’s website or app content for commercial purposes
Use our branding, logo, or visual assets without written permission
Claim ownership of the website or app design or underlying systems

The Public Archive

The CGEN public Archives contain all visitor-generated content and any registered-user content that has been made public. The Archives are organised into three categories: Market Research (Intelligence Reports), Idea Validation, and Concept Draft.

By generating as a visitor or by using the Make Public function as a registered user, you acknowledge and accept that:

Your generated content will appear in the public Archives
All visitors of this site and app can view archived content
CGEN maintains these Archives as a public record of platform-generated intelligence and concepts

Third-Party Services

CGEN relies on third-party services to operate, including:

Anthropic Claude AI — processes engine inputs and generates outputs
Live web search — retrieves current publicly available data to inform reports
RevenueCat — manages in-app purchase validation and subscriptions
Apple App Store — distributes the CGEN app on iOS and processes in-app purchases
Google Play — distributes the CGEN app on Android and processes in-app purchases
PayPal — processes payments for PDF report downloads on the website
Render.com — hosts the backend API
Hostinger — hosts the website
GTranslate — provides website translation
Google Analytics — provides anonymised website usage statistics

Your use of this website and app is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. CGEN is not responsible for the practices of these services.

Limitation of Liability

CGEN provides this website, app, and all tools “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of any engine, the website, or the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGEN is not liable for:

Any decisions made based on AI-generated outputs
Loss of generated content due to technical issues
Inaccuracies in intelligence reports or validations sourced from live web data
Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, app, or any engine

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically as the platform evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site or app following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the CGEN app shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
