Refund Policy

CGEN – Concept General (“CGEN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the website c93n.com and the CGEN mobile application, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
1. Report Credits — No Expiry All report credits purchased through the CGEN app never expire. Credits remain in your account indefinitely and can be used at any time across any of the three CGEN engines — the Intelligence Engine, Idea Validator, and Concept Generator. There is no time pressure to use your credits.
2. Refunds — App Store Purchases All purchases made through the CGEN app are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). CGEN does not process refunds directly for in-app purchases. If you believe you are entitled to a refund for a purchase made through the app, please contact the relevant platform directly:
- Apple App Store refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play refunds: support.google.com/googleplay
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple and Google under their respective refund policies. CGEN has no control over and takes no responsibility for the outcome of refund requests submitted to these platforms.
3. Credit Transfers If you are unable to use your purchased credits and would like to transfer them to a different registered CGEN account, please contact us at cgen@c93n.com with your registered email address and the email address of the receiving account. We will review transfer requests on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Transfers are a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
4. Used Credits Credits that have already been spent to generate a report cannot be refunded or restored, regardless of satisfaction with the generated output. All generated content is produced by an AI model using publicly available data and is provided as-is for research and exploration purposes.
5. Future Payment Methods Payments for PDF report downloads on the website will be processed by PayPal when that feature becomes available. Refund terms for PayPal transactions will be published at that time.
