Accessibility Statement
Last updated: April 2026
CGEN – Concept General (“CGEN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to providing a website experience that is accessible, inclusive, and usable for all visitors, including individuals with disabilities. The CGEN mobile application. Accessibility on the app follows the standards and guidelines of Google Play (Android) and the Apple App Store (iOS).
1. Our Commitment
We strive to make c93n.com and all CGEN platform tools accessible to the widest possible audience by:
- Designing pages with clear structure and logical hierarchy
- Using readable typography with scalable font sizes
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast across all pages and engine interfaces
- Ensuring compatibility with modern browsers and assistive technologies
- Providing responsive layouts that adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens
- Avoiding unnecessary motion or flashing elements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort and we continuously review our site to improve usability for all users.
2. Standards We Aim to Meet
Our goal is to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. Many of our design decisions follow these principles, including:
- Clear headings and semantic HTML structure
- Keyboard-friendly navigation
- Descriptive link text
- Alt text for meaningful images
- Consistent and predictable layout patterns
- High-contrast dark theme designed for readability
3. Current Website & Platform Features
CGEN currently provides:
- Readable text with scalable font sizes across all pages
- High-contrast dark theme with lemon-green accent colors designed for visibility
- Responsive design — all three engines and all pages adapt to mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Simple navigation with predictable structure across all pages
- Clear engine interfaces with descriptive field labels and placeholder examples to guide all users
- Loading screens with animated feedback so users know the engines are working
- GTranslator — the site supports multiple languages for international accessibility
4. The CGEN Engines — Accessibility Notes
CGEN provides three AI-powered engines: the Intelligence Engine, the Idea Validator, and the Concept Generator. Each engine shares the following accessibility considerations:
- All input fields are clearly labelled with descriptions and examples
- Loading screens include step-by-step animated feedback during generation
- Generated reports and concepts are displayed as structured, readable text on screen
- All engines function on mobile and tablet devices
- Registered members can access their generated content at any time through their Private Lab (My Lab) at c93n.com/account
5. Third-Party Content
Some pages include embedded content or functionality from third-party services including Anthropic (AI processing), live web search (data retrieval), GTranslator (translation), and others. These third-party services may not fully meet the same accessibility standards as our website. We encourage users to review the accessibility features provided by those platforms directly.
6. Known Limitations
While we aim for broad accessibility, some limitations may exist due to:
- Third-party integrations outside our direct control
- The dark theme and custom styling which may interact differently with some assistive technologies
- AI-generated report content which may vary in structure and length depending on the subject
We are committed to reducing these limitations over time.
7. Compatibility
This website and all engines are designed to function with:
- Current versions of major browsers — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge
- Modern operating systems on desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Commonly used assistive technologies
Older or unsupported browsers may not display all features correctly.
