Welcome to CGEN – Concept Generator (“CGEN”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website c93n.com and the Concept Generator tool available through it.

By accessing or using this website, or by using the Concept Generator, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site.

  1. What CGEN Is

CGEN is an AI-powered concept generation tool. Users provide four inputs — industry, target segment, core frustration, and desired outcome — and the engine generates strategic concept directions and a structured landing page draft.

The tool is powered by Claude AI, developed by Anthropic (anthropic.com). Generated outputs are produced by an AI model and are intended as starting points for exploration, not finished products or professional advice.

  1. Use of the Generator

By using the Concept Generator, you agree to the following:

  • You will not submit confidential, proprietary, or legally sensitive information as inputs
  • You will not use the tool to generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or deceptive
  • You understand that all generated concepts are automatically saved and publicly displayed in the Concept Lab
  • You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit the generator or its backend infrastructure

CGEN reserves the right to suspend access to the generator for users who misuse the tool.

  1. Generated Content — Ownership & Usage Rights

When you use the Concept Generator, the following terms apply.

Your Inputs
The four inputs you provide remain yours. You retain ownership of the specific information you choose to submit.

Generated Outputs — Free Tier
All concepts, landing page drafts, and related content generated through the free tier of CGEN are made available to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

By using the generator without a paid license, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You may use generated concepts for personal exploration, learning, and non-commercial purposes only
  • You may not use generated concepts, in whole or in part, for any commercial purpose — including but not limited to building a product, launching a business, seeking investment, or generating revenue — without first obtaining a commercial license from CGEN
  • CGEN retains a co-ownership interest in all concepts generated through the free tier for the purpose of enforcing these usage terms. This co-ownership interest does not entitle CGEN to claim a share of your business or assets, but it does mean that commercial use without a valid license constitutes a breach of these Terms
  • The free tier is intended for ideation, exploration, and personal development only

Generated Outputs — Commercial Use & Paid License
If you wish to use a generated concept for any commercial purpose, you must obtain a commercial license from CGEN prior to such use. Paid license options will be made available on this website. Details to be announced.

A valid commercial license grants you full ownership of the generated concept and removes all non-commercial restrictions described above.

This model is consistent with how other AI content platforms operate: free generation is permitted for personal use, and commercial application requires a paid agreement.

Important Notice
Do not submit trade secrets, confidential business information, or personal data belonging to others as generator inputs. Anything you generate is published publicly in the Concept Lab and may be viewed by all visitors of this site.

  1. No Guarantees on Generated Output

AI-generated content has limitations. CGEN does not guarantee that generated concepts are:

  • Original or free from similarity to existing ideas
  • Commercially viable or legally compliant
  • Accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose

Generated outputs are provided for inspiration, exploration, and early-stage concept development only. Always conduct your own research and seek professional advice before acting on any generated concept.

  1. Intellectual Property

All website content created by CGEN — including design, branding, layout, copy, and code — is the intellectual property of CGEN unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute CGEN’s website content for commercial purposes
  • Use our branding, logo, or visual assets without written permission
  • Claim ownership of the website design or underlying systems

  1. The Concept Lab

The Concept Lab is a public archive of AI-generated concepts produced through the tool. By using the generator, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Your generated concept will appear in the Concept Lab
  • Other visitors can view all concepts in the Concept Lab
  • At this time, outputs are available on screen and via screenshot — no downloadable format is provided
  • CGEN maintains this archive to preserve generated work and provide value to the community
  1. Third-Party Services

CGEN relies on third-party services to operate, including:

  • Anthropic Claude AI — processes generator inputs
  • Render.com — hosts the backend API
  • Hostinger — hosts the website
  • GTranslator — provides website translation
  • Google Analytics (via Site Kit) — provides anonymised website usage statistics

Your use of this website is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers. CGEN is not responsible for the practices of these services.

  1. Limitation of Liability

CGEN provides this website and tool “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the generator or website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CGEN is not liable for:

  • Any decisions made based on AI-generated concepts
  • Loss of generated content due to technical issues
  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or tool
  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
